1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for unworn, unaltered women’s clothing in original condition. All items must have original tags attached and be returned in original packaging with any accessories. Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Personalized or customized garments
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer service at [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Complete the return form from your order
- Securely pack items in original packaging with tags attached
- Mark RA number clearly on package exterior
- Ship to our Singapore return address provided with your RA
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Receipt of incorrect item
- Discovery of manufacturing defect
- Our error in order processing
In such cases, we provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse reasonable costs.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once received, items undergo quality inspection within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via original payment method. Processing times: credit cards (5-10 days), PayPal (3-5 days), bank transfers (7-14 days). Store credit option available with 15% bonus value.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Defective item replacements
Contact customer service before returning items to confirm exchange availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged/defective items:
- Notify within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
- We arrange free return shipping
- Choose between replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
8. Quality Inspection
All returns undergo thorough quality inspection. Items not meeting return criteria will be returned to customer at their expense. We maintain the right to determine whether returned items meet our conditions.
9. International Returns
International customers should:
- Include all necessary customs documentation
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods”
- Use trackable shipping methods
- Note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable
10. Sale Items
Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless defective or damaged. Store credit equals the purchase price paid and can be used for future purchases.
11. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to original payment method. If original method is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Refunds for gift purchases are issued to original purchaser.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If refund doesn’t appear after processing period:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Contact your credit card company
- Verify PayPal account status
- Contact us if issue persists
13. Return Time Extensions
During holiday seasons (November-January), we extend return window to 45 days from delivery date for items purchased during promotional periods.
14. Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please review carefully before purchasing final sale items.
